Emirates vision was to create a Cabin Crew training environment that was an exact replica of our aircraft interiors be it in overall layout, galley configuration, seating and / or specialty areas such as lounges, shower spas etc. The challenge was to build to specification a robust Cabin Service Trainer, a section of the aircraft fuselage that could house a section of First, Business or Economy class. A total of 13 CSTs were to be built each to exacting specifications that would present the realism of working at 30,000 ft. 

To meet this challenge Spatial, a newly created Dubai based company without parent or partner overseas submitted their bid and were selected as the company best suited for the job. 

For Spatial, accepting such a bold challenge was a chance to show their capabilities and for Emirates to work alongside its supplier in creating a "never before seen' training device, one that would be the envy of many airlines and one that would demonstrate Emirates commitment to its on board customer service.

With over 35 yrs in the airline industry I have seen many projects taken on but never one as challenging and ever evolving as the Cabin Service Trainer project. Having the expertise of Spatial, its dedicated management and support staff allowed us to move quickly from concept to reality. The end product is something both Emirates and Spatial are extremely proud of.
